Creative manager
Job Summary:
The Performance Marketing Creative Manager will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of all creative marketing strategies and tactics to drive user acquisition and revenue growth for our mobile apps. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including performance marketing, product development, and analytics, to execute campaigns that meet our business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative strategies for all performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, and other acquisition channels
- Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality ad creative that aligns with our brand guidelines and business goals
- Collaborate with the performance marketing team to develop data-driven ad creative testing plans and execute tests to optimize performance
- Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets and make data-driven recommendations for future initiatives
- Work closely with the product development team to ensure a consistent brand experience across all channels, including the app store and website
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure quality work and timely delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and marketing best practices for performance marketing creative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a creative marketing role focused on performance marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Proven track record of delivering successful performance marketing campaigns with a focus on user acquisition and revenue growth
- Experience in mobile app marketing is a plus
